How quick before someone sues election authorities directly under this to get the standing that SCOTUS denied Texas's suit yesterday?
- jmull 6y agoWho knows (people can try to sue for anything, by filing paperwork), but this doesn't address standing, and won't make a meritless case less meritless. So it doesn't change anything re the election.
