- hakfoo 6y agoI'd say the appeal is the implicit support promises. Any ARM/RISC-V/etc SBC that isn't the Raspberry Pi has the big fear attached-- will there be long-term driver and OS support, or do you get a box of binary drivers that won't be updated after the first release. A commodity x86-64 CPU and Intel iGPU will be supported on basically any OS for the foreseeable future.
