This is exactly what people mean when they say “fake news” in many cases. Not that the facts of a story are technically incorrect, but the way things are presented (or not presented) is intentionally designed to shift the readers perspective in a certain direction.

- pault 6y agoReading the NY times article I wasn't sure whether to laugh or rage at how the author repeatedly equated videos with "teen" in the title and child sex abuse. I've been an avid consumer of porn since the early 1990s and nearly every movie has a "teen" in it who is certainly no younger than 25. So apparently all of that "sexy teen" porn I've watched over the years was CP.
