Companies will say "Everyone can work remote!" for a year or so, but small startups will work together in an office, and they will be more productive. As they make progress and competition increases, all other companies will drop WFH and enforce going into the office. There's a large swath of people who want to work in an office for many different reasons. I don't think it's going away.
