Maelstrom, Apeiron, and Barrack are the games I remember most fondly, and more than the gameplay, it's the sound design that I remember most clearly. Deimos Rising was also a lot of fun. Strangely, I never got into Escape Velocity. I think maybe I'd stopped using Macs by then.
