My T530 wakes up and sleeps just fine. I don't have hibernate set up. I know there's a command line command I can do, but I also know there's a way to "enable"

My T530 wakes up and sleeps just fine. I don't have hibernate set up. I know there's a command line command I can do, but I also know there's a way to "enable" it somehow so that it appears as an option in the shutdown menu. It probably works so well on my T530 since it's an 8 year old thinkpad.
