Yep, Etymotics are absolutely the gold standard in my opinion if you want a high quality sound experience while traveling (train, plane, etc.) I've had a crying baby directly in the seat in front of me for most of a 10 hour flight and didn't hear it with music on at a reasonable volume. And the sound quality is really excellent for the price.
