They need to know in case they need to make adjustments in the workplace.
Or more often, to make sure you don't get hired because you're likely to be more troublesome than healthier candidates :/
- varispeed 6y agoThis is always hidden behind "cultural fit", if you get refused.
- gehwartzen 6y agoIs it possible to change your answer once your are hired? Of course you could still get retaliated against but it certainly sounds better than not getting getting the job at all.
