What do you mean? How has the pandemic created literal flophouses, "a cheap hotel or rooming house"?
- heavyset_go 6y agoThat was poor wording on my part. I put the "before the pandemic" in as a disclaimer, because I haven't looked at the Manhattan housing market since the pandemic began.
