Every merchant agreement I've ever seen doesn't allow you to charge payments for third parties. This is to prevent fraud at a minimum, and I am sure there are myriad other reasons. I wonder if they arranged special terms with the merchant gateways or if they are just trying to fly under the radar? There's gotta be a reason no one has done this 100x before...
