The same applies to the alternatives.
- tempsy 6y agoif there’s a problem with your hotel room, you can just get a different room. The hotel has much more visibility into problems than Airbnb does.
- lazyasciiart 6y agoThe alternatives are hotels that actually do know what the product they are selling you is, for almost all use cases of airbnb.
- secabeen 6y agoYes, but there is no reputation system attached. Having a strict reputation/review system for both hosts and guests creates strong incentives on both sides for quality rentals and well-behaved guests. No one wants a bad review.
