I really love their customer service. Since it's not possible to delete your account from whithin the settings (after disagreeing with updated ToS) I had to contact them. It only took me 16 emails and 27 days to delete my account! Very efficient! /s

- pacamara619 6y agoYes, clearly, probably because some buttoned-up wannabe-manager wants to impress his higher-ups my presenting them BS like "these new UI tweaks of my team increased our user retention by 26%!" so he can get a raise or a slightly higer bonus.
