I am by no means an expert, my experience comes from more of a distibutor/commission based drop shipping position, where I managed to do well. I am now developing a farm with a direct marketing model.

Great that your products are raw material! It's exactly the same kind of product I'm pretending to promote with fractal marketing. To be more specific, I'm planning to distribute cocoa. Since everybody can create bean to bar chocolate at home, each "Prosumer" might personalize the chocolate bar they produce. But everyone inside the system will be interested make grow the awareness on the market of the root brand to have a better chance to sell internationally their chocolate products. Thank you for sharing the podcast episode, was very motivating to me.
