Do you have any examples of that happening to people for actions that aren’t straight up pedophilia or racism (ie Stormfront)?
- Vecr 6y agoHate speech is free speech, in US law. Racism is absolutely protected.
- wwright 6y agoFree speech is about government laws, not private action. Racist speech is protected, but so is the right to not propagate racist speech on private infrastructure.
- derivagral 6y agoThis is what will lose them section 230 though, right? The bloc that "snaps" is going to vote, and those votes are going to have consequences.
