That was a suspect for murder, 5 days on the run, who according to the reports shot first at the police, if that's your definition of a summary execution let's include every killing by the police or army ever.
- etchalon 6y ago"A summary execution is an execution in which a person is accused of a crime and immediately killed without the benefit of a full and fair trial." So it's less HIS definition than the actual definition.
