My wife and I have a four month old daughter, and we both run successful businesses from home. I take care of the baby in the morning while my wife works, and we switch in the afternoon. This schedule ensures we each get 4-6 hours of focused time to work each day without taking Lela to daycare. It's not always easy, but we're very productive, and still feel like good parents.
