I was a cyclist for another tech company that used cyclists to deliver in NYC, AMA. Delivery people are truly neglected at these companies. A quarter of my wage went to recovering the calories I spent on my shift. I'm lucky that I didn't need that job, I only took it to experience being a bike messenger.
