OK, for FPS maybe (but nowadays FPS games are slower than in the DOOM/Quake days - thanks to console controller), I only played DOOM (from 2016) on my laptop. I don't remember FPS, but I doubt it was better than in GTA V. For sure < 30fps is small for multiplayer games, but for single player is is quite enough (unless you get 1 FPS :)
