  Well, part of it is probably the 355 requests it makes on a fresh load. Have you considered reducing the number of JavaScript libraries you use? You have quite a lot of them…

    If it's done with Wix they may or may not be able to control those. Full disclaimer, haven't used Wix before, so maybe I'm misunderstanding what it is.

  Wix is perfectly usable as long as you limit the number of components on the pages, especially if those components are not static which you clearly make a lot of use of. Your usage and content has probably outgrown Wix unless you plan to simply the structure a bit.
