Given this is intended to teach exposure/DoF, it'd be nice to be able to bypass the "SLR" aspect of the camera, ie provide a "continuous snapping" mode where moving a slider instantly updates the "photo" instead of showing the fake autofocus sensor overlay. It's definitely a neat way to interact with it in a browser, though. If you're looking to learn these relationships in a less interactive way, I thoroughly recommend the book "Understanding Exposure" by Brian Peterson.
