Agreed. They've done good stuff for OSS up until now, and they deserve credit for that. No need to feel bitter or entitled over something we've received 100% for free.
But despite that, Travis-CI is not serving my (or other's) OSS needs right now, and people are obviously looking for alternatives.
There's nothing wrong with that.
