It blows my mind that SF chose to demonize its most productive citizens, both from a policy perspective (higher taxes), and a cultural perspective (the "god hates techies" messages painted on the sidewalks or the bricks thrown at Google buses). Any other city in the world would be thrilled to welcome the kind of tech talent that used to congregate in SF. And now they will.
