It seems as if making such UAV killer robot systems is easier than detecting and protecting against them. They can't be jammed if they are truly autonomous and use computer vision + other sensors, probably very hard to detect on radar. The only thing that comes to mind is dealing with the satellites that provide the initial intel. And those also could be replaced with drones.
