Sounds like what happened at Microsoft with the FYIV badges and such people had around back a few decades ago. Can't remember where I read it but the people that were fully vested weren't worried about being fired so they spoke their minds. In a way it gives you license to not give a shit about what other people think (although don't be a dick or asshole just because you can, and don't do anything which could endanger your RSUs). But I do have a question in regards to "slacking off". Is this slacking doing only 8 hours a day (instead of 12)? Or is it actually doing like 4 hours of useful work? Note I do not speak from experience.
