- rllearneratwork 6y agoLA county bought 18% of its electricity from Utah, where it is generated in the dirtiest way possible - with coal. Utah's power plants are now ramping up capacity due to increased demand from CA (which will go up because CA closes its nuclear). The increased capacity will come from natural gas and "clean coal" (lol)
