Cyril Smith's offending was covered up by his colleagues. Jimmy Saville's offending was an open secret for years.

- Veen 6y agoYes, plus changing attitudes to homosexuality. Unfortunately, closeted cottagers and people who frequent male prostitutes are stil mentioned alongside pedophiles as if it was the same phenomenon.
