Also waiting for better hardware: LoRa is too closed and Zero uses too much energy! The radio + screen + controls PCB should be one HAT. No point in using a IPS screen that small, better would be a persistent state screen like memory LCD or ePaper. Also looking at using a smaller OS than linux... so don't hold your breath!

- bullen 6y agoI know how LoRa works, I just don't have the money to make my own open-source version at a price that could be affordable! The problem specifically is that on some chips you cannot control the frequency hopping manually!
