Just to chip in here. We deploy C# to Kubernetes on Linux, AWS with Postgres as datastore. Everything works great. AWS for .NET API support is good, typically better documented than the Azure libraries.
C# is a hugely underrated ecosystem. I have experience with Java, Python, Go, C/C++ node and Rust - and C# is my tool of choice.
- jpgvm 6y agoI also like C#/CLR a lot. If JVM wasn't fulfilling my needs it would be the main alternative I would consider.
