  Yep, worked on a product that had an "immutable blockchain audit log". ...which was a single node blockchain implementation. But hey, the manager who got the blockchain crap implemented got a nice job at a huge company out of it, so it wasn't a complete failure =)

But probably a failure for both the original company needing to maintain unnecessary complexity and the new company hiring a manager who prefer resume/fad driven development.

      Hopefully the company that the manager left behind was able to backfill with someone less ridiculous.
