- silicaroach 6y agoSmoke screen. IF it was pulsed microwave energy then a simple RF spectrum analyzer would have detected it. There is no doubt whatsoever that the US embassy would have such a thing on site. So this isn't a factual report just FUD to remind everyone tuned in that 'Cuba is bad' in the eyes of the USA.
