IME, the thing that nobody seemed to get the hang of, over a couple of months, with Teams was the difference between replying to the last message as a thread and starting a whole new thread. It seemed every time I wanted to reply, I ended up.creating a new thread, and I was far from the only one.
- hotsauceror 6y agoThis used to be a problem for us too but I believe the UX changed a couple of months ago. Teams now shows a largish purple button that says “New Conversation” at the bottom of the chat window, and they added a little more space between that and the bottom of the previous conversation. It made a big difference.
