I've had a quite sudden change in vision (I used to be able to read without glasses or function daily without glasses, and in a matter of weeks or months I suddenly needed glasses all day, I'm 37) and it seems my astigmatism progressed, but not that much since before. I also had quite bad posture during the confinement and wonder if I could have pinched a nerve?
