I know you're joking, but the key difference is that OP's "controversial opinions" are high impact, whereas yours are not (e.g. spaces vs. tabs, 1-based vs. 0-based indexing). I don't think most of the opinions in the post are that controversial. Everyone who has ever worked for a fast-growing business knows it's OK to write garbage code sometimes, that some engineers 10x others, that unit tests are good, that SQL is to be treated as code, etc.
