The attitude towards campus recruitment in India

I had a chance to study in one of India's premier private institutions for Engineering. In my experience, I found campus recruitment to be among the most diluting experiences. I truly believe that there are a bunch of things that can be changed about campus recruitment that will truly help grads enjoy the experience of being educated.
