Isn't this just "legislative theater" until there's a credible possibility the Senate will pass it?
- emerged 6y agoThis seems complicated for various reasons. Can it be decriminalized federally but still criminalized at the state and/or city levels? I’m so confused by the whole subject, and don’t smoke anyway.
