No, so they can provide leadership that's informed and helpful.
- callinOutLiars 6y agoThey aren’t informed if they can’t code or debug. A leader shouldn’t ask people to do something they wouldn’t do. I’m this case the leader can’t even do what they are asking others to do. In my opinion, they shouldn’t be the leader then.
