E-signature law is rock solid, there had never in the US been a contract tossed out solely because the signature was electronic.
This ship has sailed a long time ago. Scribbling on a dead tree is not superior.
- briandw 6y agoI agree completely that real signatures aren’t really useful. What I was trying to say is that they don’t give you a way to verify the digital signature. I believe that DocuSign does provide a certificate chain that you can use the check the signature.
