I'm pretty sure 90% of the people wearing masks don't do it because they're worried about themselves. They do it either plainly for legal reasons or because they believe it help protect others. If I were that concerned about my own health, I wouldn't be wearing the same unwashed cloth mask for weeks. (I'm vaccinated against a whole bunch of pneumococcus and respiratory diseases)
