For the past couple of months I have been using org-roam [0] for this and I find it quite effective. Just found out that I have 87 different notes lying around:
$ ls *org | wc -l
87

- JohnL4 6y agoI just use plain org-mode (orgzly on my phone), storing files on Dropbox (personal) or One Drive (work). AutoHotKey to emacs, then org-capture. (Evernote if I find web content that's good.)
