- haltingproblem 6y agoI bid a 1000x less. Just $27million ;) On a serious note that is a 30x multiple on revenue! Not earnings, revenue. Which is just mind boggling for an acquisition. Of course, Salesforce is similarly valued in the marketplace. The writer of course doubles down and proclaims: "And why the era of worker-centered work tools may be over". Ahem. We are all going to go back to email and chat apps. Marc Benioff and the rest of the Salesforce team just missed that minor detail.
- bigiain 6y agoSold! You'll be pleased to know you've outstripped Salesforce, having bought in at closer to a 150x revenue ratio! (Even higher, if I quit my day job thanks to my new found wealth...)
