The flight was from Hong Kong, the cargo company is Jardine Airport Services, operating for IAG Cargo which handles pet cargo for British Airways.
Like I mentioned, everything went fine, but this isn’t how it should be. We should be able to fly with our pets in the cabin. Our dog is our family member!
