My wife is a medical provider and she had a patient once ask her to write a release for her "emotional support chicken". Yeah; this was being abused. In case you're wondering; no, she didn't write the release. The people scamming the system (drug seekers, etc...) realized pretty quickly not to go to her because she won't give them what they want.
