This is actually more like one in six "vulnerabilities" were intentional, not one in five bugs.
To be clear though, that editor of the article is the one who misrepresents the data and the OP here has faithfully reproduced the title.

- LinuxBender 6y agoI defer to the moderators to editorialize the titles now. I used to try, but it almost always backfires when I do it.
