  It absolutely does not. Most people who got it during Thanksgiving travel have only been feeling first symptoms in the past couple days. I fear for how bad things will get by Christmas. I only hope that enough people react appropriately to the spike we're about to see in the coming weeks, that there isn't an even bigger spike in early January.
