As a Ukrainian, I’m very optimistic about the future of democracy in Russia that would have a chance once it stops being a big gas station. We then might see a better, open Russia, without military aggression and disinformation campaigns.
- caskstrength 6y agoThings might get worse before they get better though. Their leaders may ramp up militaristic tendencies to distract the population from internal problems and shift their attention to fighting "western imperialists" in Russian "sphere of influence", etc.
