Einstein Reconciled Religion to Science
- mytailorisrich 6y agoI think that there is a big difference between Einstein's (and most scientist's) use of the word 'God', which is the belief that the Universe is the product of an external 'force', and religion as system of worship. > "“I believe in Spinoza’s God, who reveals himself in the lawful harmony of the world,” he told him, “not in a God who concerns himself with the fate and the doings of mankind." This is key. God does not care about human religions. While there is no conflict between science and this sort of religious feeling, there is an insurmountable one between science and religions.
