What do you think? Does The Great Firewall “learn, filter and block” with deep packet inspection or is it a myth?

- chompomonim 6y agoI would assume that they're using deep packet inspection as weel, but not to fully ban, but simply to slower down users internet when they're using VPN. Have you tried to measure traffic from your china server while browsing with and without VPN?
