Most Haskellers do not know much about category theory, I don't know why you'd imply that.
Just look at how much Haskell you can write without thinking about how Functor is covariant, or that Contravariant even exists.
- naripok 6y agoActually I'm implying that most Cat theorists are haskellers, at least the ones I know. Not that my sample size is significant at all. I know about 4 and a half Cat theorists at most if you exclude the internet ones... haha
