In my experience Windows will warn you when it plans to schedule restart for update. This is where I always reschedule update so it would be far away before it finally updates. Windows also warns you one hour before scheduled restart and you could reschedule again at that time.
- jjuhl 6y agoA one hour warning is pointless in the middle of the night when you have your computer running a job that will take a few days to complete.
