I can test migraines easily. Walk into Walmart or Target, or my old office. 10 minutes and I have a full blown migraine. (Lights) If I’ve been solid with magnesium that time goes to an hour or two. FL-41 lenses will add an hour to time as well. Many other triggers, but light is the most consistent for me.
